About Lowe?

Lowe was established in 1988 and since then has grown from 2 to 35 staff. We are now one of the leading Irish residential sales and letting estate agencies in Dublin. The company’s first office on Rathmines Road Lower has expanded over the years and now handles Lettings, Sales, Valuations, Management and Auctions.

Our business has been built through word of mouth recommendations and repeat business. We take an approach that differs from more traditional agents. We are a hands-on agency, with a far greater involvement in the day to day procedures of sales, letting and rental management.

Our streamlined procedures use cutting edge technology and software. This ensures our systems are extremely efficient and allows us to focus on customer service and delivery. Our senior staff have worked together for many years to create a motivated and highly knowledgeable team. All staff are qualified and PSRA licenced. Lowe is a RICS member firm (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and a member of IPFMA (Irish Property and Facility Management Association).

Over 20 years, while establishing a strong presence in both the sales and valuations market, Lowe have nurtured a lettings and management business that has now grown to one of the largest databases in the city. In addition to the divisions of the company that deal with lettings, management of individual landlords and portfolios, Lowe also maintains a sales department, a valuer and a renewals department to efficiently manage any re-lettings and potential vacancies as they arise.

Prior to setting up Lowe, John Lowe worked for many years in the estate agency business and gained valuable experience in this specialised area. Estate agencies have evolved dramatically since the early 90s, adopting a far more efficient and effective process. Procedures have improved, technology has evolved and Lowe & Associates has met these demands, implementing best practice models and procedures with cutting edge technology and software systems throughout. The company has grown through ‘word of mouth’ and recommendations, taking an approach that differs from the traditional practice of sales and letting agents. We are a ‘hands-on’ agency, with a far greater involvement in the procedures of sales and lettings and greater flexibility is our trademark.
