Recruitment Process
Lowe & Associates welcomes applications from all sections of the community. For all candidates who are successful at application stage there will be a structured competency based interview. In most cases we are looking for people who have experience within our industry. However, we are also looking for those people who are exceptional with regards to sales drive, customer care and building relationships. For our more junior positions it may be that you have gained these skills in another sector. If successful at first interview the candidate will be passed on to the relevant Branch Manager for second interview stage.
